RICHARD F. PRENTIS
Mr. Prentis earned degrees from Duke University (1968) and the University of North Carolina School of Law (1972). He is licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and Florida. Mr. Prentis handles a wide range of Business and Commercial matters, including Litigations, Land Use and Zoning, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Banking Law and Bankruptcy Law. Mr. Prentis has been a seminar speaker on the subjects of real estate, bankruptcy and legal ethics, and is an instructor for the American Institute of Banking.
